Union City is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Union City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I went to Legacy Oral Surgery to have four wisdom teeth and one molar extracted. I had a really great experience at the office. Dr. K took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure, including the potential side effects. I also had a very informative consultation before my extractions, which made me feel well prepared and comfortable throughout the process.

I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted at your office, marking the second time I have used your services. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of care and professionalism demonstrated throughout the procedure. However, I would like to share one observation regarding the financial aspect of the visit. The initial step involved a 3D scan of my mouth, which I understand is advanced technology and essential for the extraction. Shortly after, while in the procedure room and experiencing pain, the financial coordinator informed me of an $800 copay. Upon inquiry, I was told that the 3D scan alone cost $500 and is not covered by my insurance, and that the extraction could not proceed without it. It was quite surprising to learn about this significant charge at that moment, especially since this information was not included in the paperwork I completed prior to the visit. I believe it would be beneficial for patients to receive clear explanations about such costs before any procedures are performed to avoid unexpected surprises. Apart from this issue, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the excellent service provided.

I had the most amazing experience.Dr Nancy is just a miracle worker and works alongside with the most caring staff. The ease of the process from the time of booking to the procedure itself is remarkable. The clinic is a very clean, calm, and friendly environment.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed on Monday and honestly had such a great experience here. It was my first time coming to Legacy Oral Surgery and Implants, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I walked in. Dr. Farkas explained everything step by step and made sure I understood the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional. Even after surgery, they made sure I knew how to take care of myself during recovery. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing oral surgery. 10/10 experience!

I had such a great experience at Legacy Oral Surgery. I was honestly really anxious going into my appointment, but the doctors were incredibly kind and had amazing bedside manner. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and really took the time to reassure me throughout everything. The nurses were just as wonderfulβ€”so sweet, patient, and genuinely empathetic. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to feel at ease. I’m really grateful for how supported I felt during the whole experience. Highly recommend!
